What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards or regular account payments all through PayPal. Please get in touch if you are a UK customer and would like to pay via cheque or postal order. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What is your return policy?

As all our products are VINTAGE we do not accept returns or give refunds unless the item has been misrepresented in the product details. Please check all measurements and ask all questions BEFORE you buy. Take a look at our sizing guide!

Why hasn't my parcel arrived yet?

We apologize if your parcel is delayed. The Royal Mail is not perfect and can sometimes take a wee bit longer to deliver your parcel. However, all our customers are very important to us and if you get in touch, we will track your parcel and do our very best to find out what is holding it up. All our parcel are sent via recorded delivery. This is a postal service that requires a signature on delivery. If you are not at home, please check with your local post office to see if there is a parcel waiting to be collected.

How do I find out extra information on your products?

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate in contacting us. The turnover of our stock is so high that we do not have the time to list all measurements and labels of the individual items we sell. However, if you are a collector and see something you like, please get in touch and ask us the measurements, label, if it has been altered by us, and its known history, and we will get back to you ASAP.
